Where do I submit a complaint about my ZAPF garage?

If you have a complaint about your ZAPF garage, you can use the special complaint form on the ZAPF website. Here are the steps you should follow.

  1. Prepare the information:
    1. Provide all relevant information about your garage, including the order number and, if applicable, the customer number or defect number.
  2. Create photo documentation:
    1. Take 2 to 5 meaningful photos that illustrate your complaint. Make sure the images are clear and distinct.
  3. Visit the ZAPF website:
    1. Go to the ZAPF website (https://www.zapf-kundenservice.de/) and find the contact form for service requests and complaints.
  4. Fill out the contact form:
    1. Fill out the contact form completely. This includes your personal information, construction site address (if different), and contact information.
    2. Enter your order number, customer number (if available), title, first and last name, company (optional), street/no., zip code, city, country, phone number, and email address.
    3. Describe your request in detail in the “Message” field.
  5. Uploading photos:
    1. Click on “Select file” to upload your photos.
    2. Preview images will be displayed.
    3. Click on “Start” to send the images to ZAPF.
    4. Please note that only JPG, PNG, and PDF files up to 3 MB in size are accepted.
  6. Accept privacy policy:
    1. Confirm that you have read and accept the privacy policy.
  7. Submit the form:
    1. Check all the information and submit the form.
  8. Processing your request:
    1. ZAPF will process your service request as quickly as possible and contact you.
