Dimension tables for ZAPF prefabricated garages – Nordwerke
Overview and purpose of the Nord dimension table
The Nordwerke dimension tables (Dülmen plant, as of 03/2025) show the complete garage range for the northern production sites. They form the basis for planning, quotations and technical checks.
Compared to the southern plants, there are different model series, different height concepts and additional garage types.
What dimensions are included in the Northern dimension table?
The Northern dimension table is also clearly structured and contains the following for each model:
- External width and external length
- Total height
- Passage width and passage height
- Usable area
- Enclosed space
The dimension definitions correspond in principle to those of the southern plants (external dimensions, approximate figures, construction tolerances).
Typical garage systems from the northern plants
The Dülmen plant is characterised by a wide variety of series and system garages, including:
- Nova
- Rexx
- Varia
- Facto
- Massiv
- Exclusiv
- Trias
- Raumzellen
These system names are firmly linked to specific design features and dimensional grids.
Height concepts in the north
Compared to the southern plants, the northern plants offer:
- a wide range of graduated height variants
- frequent combinations of the same width/length with significantly different heights
- a particularly large selection of high garages (e.g. up to 3.48 m)
This is particularly relevant for:
- Special vehicles
- Storage or workshop use
- Technical or modular room solutions
Passage dimensions and doors
- Here too, the passage dimensions refer to sectional doors as standard
- Different doors or door drives can change the effective passage
- The passage widths vary depending on the system (e.g. Rexx, Varia, Trias vary significantly)
Converted space – same calculation logic
As with the southern plants, the following also applies to the northern plants:
- Easy floor drainage → different heights at the front/rear
- Calculation of the enclosed space using the average height
- Uniform for all models
Key differences to the south works
A direct comparison reveals the following special features of the north dimension table:
- Greater variety of system names and product lines
- Greater differentiation by height rather than length
- Additional special solutions such as room modules and system garages
- Partially different dimension grids for similar widths
