Flat roof / Garage flat roof

Most solid garages (precast concrete garages, but also brick garages) are equipped with a flat roof as standard. Not only does this look very elegant, but if the flat garage roofs are equipped with a high-quality roof coating (as is the case with ZAPF), these roofs can withstand even the most extreme weather conditions for many, many years – and can then be easily recoated at a later date.

However, if a different roof shape (hipped roof, gabled roof, monopitch roof, etc.) is desired, this is also available as an option from ZAPF. The same applies to a green roof!
