Foundation / Garage foundation

In order for a garage to be properly erected (and then remain securely in place), suitable foundations must first be laid. For precast concrete garages such as those from ZAPF, these are strip or point foundations made of concrete. If desired, these can be laid in advance by ZAPF specialists. Otherwise, it is also possible to lay the foundations yourself (according to ZAPF specifications) or have them laid by third-party specialists. With the informative and clear documentation provided by ZAPF, this is entirely feasible for (handy!) amateurs. It is important that the foundations are sufficiently dimensioned and have enough time to set before the solid precast concrete garage is erected on them.
