Initial commissioning of the gate operator

These instructions guide you through the initial steps for commissioning your gate operator, including connecting to the gate operator, activating and, if necessary, reprogramming the hand-held transmitter, and fine-tuning the gate movement.

  1. Connecting the gate to the gate operator:
    • Pull the cord with the green cord.
    • Connect the gate to the gate operator.
  2. Plug in the gate operator's power plug:
    • Plug in the gate operator's power plug.
    • An LED light on the gate operator should light up.
  3. Press the bottom button on the handheld transmitter:
    • Press the bottom button on the handheld transmitter.
    • If the gate does not respond, the handheld transmitter may need to be reprogrammed.
  4. Reprogramming the handheld transmitter (if necessary):
    • Press and hold the programme button on the gate operator head for 4 seconds.
    • Release after four seconds; the ‘Gate open’ symbol will appear.
    • Use the plus button to open the gate to a point approximately 1 cm before the end stop.
    • Briefly press the programme button.
    • Use the minus button to move the gate to the desired end position.
    • Confirm the setting by pressing the programme button twice.
  5. Adjusting the gate movement:
    • Press the plus button to open the gate slightly.
    • Use the minus button to move the gate back to the desired position.
