Production of a garage (manufacturing)

A prefabricated garage, such as those from ZAPF, is manufactured in special factory buildings under controlled industrial series production conditions. To do this, liquid concrete is poured into reusable formwork around special reinforcing bars (to stabilize the structure), which can be separated from this formwork again after it has set. The main components of such a reinforced concrete prefabricated garage are gravel, sand, cement, and steel mats and rods. The door and door fasteners are then attached to this high-strength structure.
