Subsoil

Solid prefabricated garages (such as those from ZAPF) can be erected on almost any building site. This is because ZAPF garages are placed on point or strip foundations that are constructed beforehand. The load of the garage is therefore transferred in a controlled manner to suitable surfaces – and NOT to the topsoil, which may not be suitable for this purpose. However, it is important that the foundations are carefully constructed. (ZAPF provides special foundation plans for customers who want to build the foundations themselves).
